SAO PAULO, March 23 (Reuters) - Brazilian steelmaker CSN
and the Brazil unit of ArcelorMittal are
preparing to increase the price of flat steel in April, two
distributors said on Wednesday, after rival Usiminas
announced a 10 percent price rise.
