UPDATE 1-Tanzania to start building $3 bln fertiliser plant this year

DAR ES SALAAM, May 20 (Reuters) - Tanzania plans to start

work this year on a $3 billion fertiliser plant, which it said

on Friday will be Africa's largest, as part of an effort to

increase its agricultural production.
