Idemitsu Kosan's founding family opposes Showa Shell takeover -media

TOKYO, June 28 (Reuters) - The founding family of Idemitsu

Kosan Co is opposed to the Japanese refiner's planned

takeover of smaller rival Showa Shell Sekiyu, Kyodo and
