Zimbabwe's parched forests fall prey to new pests

HARARE, Aug 19 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Eucalyptus

trees, popularly known as gum trees, stand tall amid Zimbabwe's

forests. But those dotting the Harare-Beitbridge roadside, just

outside the capital, are in trouble, with their bark fraying

off.
