CANADA STOCKS-TSX barely lower as miners weigh, rails rise

TORONTO, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index

slipped on Wednesday as mining shares pulled back, although

rising railway stocks and gains for some energy companies

limited losses.
