UPDATE 1-Ghana opposition calls on president to concede vote defeat

ACCRA, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Ghana's main opposition party said

on Thursday it had a strong lead in elections and called on

President John Mahama to concede defeat - comments dismissed as

"treasonable" by the incumbent's campaign team.
