MOSCOW, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Russian state holding company
Rosneftegaz on Saturday signed a deal with the Qatar Investment
Authority (QIA) and commodities trader Glencore to sell
a 19.5 percent stake in state-owned oil major Rosneft,
