BHP Billiton sells Indonesian coal assets to Adaro

MELBOURNE, June 7 (Reuters) - BHP Billiton said on Tuesday

it has agreed to sell its coal assets in Indonesia to its

partner, Adaro Energy, following a slump in prices

for metallurgical coal.
